NewTechKids will be teaching another after-school robotics and coding bootcamp at the Amsterdam Public Library’s Ijburg branch on Monday afternoons. The bootcamp begins this Monday, January 26th and a few spots are left. Register here.
Dynamo, an after-school activity provider in Amsterdam, has heavily subsidized the bootcamp which is free for children from low-income families who have a Stadspas. This is because Dynamo is one of our long-term partners in making sure that tech education is accessible to all children in Amsterdam.
Our bootcamp will take on place on Mondays from 15:30 – 17:00. It will introduce kids to computer science via a series of fun, team-based challenges involving different types of robots and brainstorming, designing, building and coding activities. Taught in a combination of Dutch and English by a professional instructor.
Girls and boys welcome as well as kids with little to no previous experience with robotics and coding.
