NewTechKids Programming Bootcamp: 7-9 years

What do binary numbers have to do with designing a programmable car? Send your child to find out! During this bootcamp of four weekly workshops, children will discover the basics of programming and automation through a mix of crafts, pen and paper activities and building with blocks. Kids will get their first taste of coding by developing and testing simple programs before graduating to programming a Lego Mindstorm robot. Technology ​and programming ​concepts covered include programming, automation, controls, variables, input-output and requirements. Classes taught in a combination of English and Dutch.

Please note: During the workshops, children will work in small teams to program LEGO Mindstorm robots provided by NewTechKids.
